Network Support & Maintenance

EDTS provides various support and maintenance options that can be customized to meet every client's needs, regardless of size or industry.

We are willing to work with you to determine which support option will best meet your business technology needs.

We provide our clients with the following support options:

 

  • Prepaid block of hours - Clients can purchase a prepaid block of hours that can be used as needed for both phone/remote support and on-site technical services.
  • Monthly Maintenance Agreements - EDTS schedules regular visits to a client site to perform maintenance on the network equipment, servers and workstations. Additionally, this time will be used to correct issues.
  • As-Needed Support- Clients call our office as-needed to request support. The request is assigned to the first available engineer. Phone-based troubleshooting and remote access are attempted to resolve the problem in the most expeditious manner.
