We do this by incorporating scheduled maintenance visits with the availability of emergency “as-needed” support into one fixed cost solution.


    We provide our clients with the following support options:

  • Prepaid block of hours - Clients can purchase a prepaid block of hours that can be used as needed for both phone/remote support and on-site technical services.

  • Monthly Maintenance Agreements - EDTS schedules regular visits to a client site to perform maintenance on the network equipment, servers and workstations.  Additionally, this time will be used to correct issues.

  • Break-and-Fix Support - Clients call our office as needed to request support.  The request is assigned to the first available engineer.  Phone-based troubleshooting and remote access are attempted to resolve the problem in the most expeditious manner.
