AUGUSTA, Ga., Dec. 29, 2008 – Elliott Davis, LLC, one of the largest accounting, tax and
consulting services firms in the Southeast, announces a change in ownership and company
name for its technology consulting firm affiliate, Elliott Davis Technology Solutions, LLC.
Effective Dec. 31, 2008, Managing Shareholder Charles Johnson will become the owner of
EDTS, LLC, the new name of the full-service technology consulting firm with locations in
Augusta, Ga. and Greenville, S.C.
 

“I chose the name EDTS, LLC because it represents the four core values we provide to our
clients – Experience, Dedication, Technology and Solutions,” said Johnson. “Despite the new
name and ownership structure, our employees and commitment to service remain the same –
these are the real strengths of EDTS”, added Johnson.
EDTS will continue to serve as a full-service technology consulting firm, specializing in
networking, security, and managed services support solutions for businesses throughout the
Southeast.
