Augusta, GA (June 2, 2005) - EDTS today announced that it has met Microsoft's requirements for the "Network Infrastructure" and "Advanced Infrastructure" Competencies within the Microsoft Partner Program, adding these two competencies to its existing Security Competency.  The Gold Partner level, where EDTS is certified by Microsoft, is the highest level in the program.

"This is a significant milestone for EDTS, as it demonstrates our strong skill set around the entire core Microsoft solutions we focus on," noted Charles Johnson – Shareholder for EDTS.  "The competencies cover the Windows Server platform, Exchange, SQL Server, SMS, MOM and ISA Server - the core of our Microsoft business.  Essentially, we've achieved Microsoft's highest level of certification possible for all our areas of core competency."

Achieving the Microsoft Competency certification required a combination of employee technical certifications, multiple customer references and other business measures.  The Network Infrastructure Competency focuses on Windows Server and Small Business Server, while the Advanced Infrastructure Competency focuses on more advanced solutions including Active Directory Design, Exchange Server, SQL Server, Systems Management Server and Microsoft Operations Manager.
