To earn a Microsoft Gold Competency, organizations must complete a rigorous set of tests to prove their level of technology expertise, offer a deep team of Microsoft Certified Professionals, submit customer references and demonstrate high levels of customer satisfaction as validated in customer surveys.

EDTS provides out-sourced technology solutions to midsize businesses and organizations throughout the Carolinas and Georgia, including network design, implementation and ongoing support including managed services. Areas of focus also include disaster recovery/business continuity planning, email security, virtualization and optimization, online services/cloud computing, network infrastructure and end-user support.

“Attaining Gold Competency in Server Platforms ensures our customers that we offer  the highest, most consistent capability and commitment among partners in this Microsoft business solution area, and provide ‘best-in-class’ solutions that pass a rigorous approval process to demonstrate customer value,” said Charles Johnson, EDTS President and CEO. “We’re extremely proud that our employees have passed all necessary Microsoft exams and appreciative that our clients assisted by supplying references. The new Microsoft Partner Network requirements are far more stringent than in the past, and we’re excited to have met the bar so quickly after these new requirements were introduced.”

By attaining the Microsoft Server Platform competency, EDTS has demonstrated expertise in building, designing, deploying, and supporting the Windows Server operating system, Windows Server–based applications, and the Microsoft server infrastructure.  By doing so, EDTS is better positioned to help support customer business strategies through high levels of availability, agility, and automation.
