Andy Herring Joins EDTS Team

AUGUSTA, GA and GREENVILLE, SC – February 23, 2011 – Andy Herring has joined EDTS as a Network Engineer, officials of the rapidly growing firm announced today.  A full-service technology consulting firm specializing in networking, security and managed services support solutions for business, EDTS serves clients across Georgia and the Carolinas from offices in Augusta, GA and Greenville, SC.

Mr. Herring is a native of Augusta, Georgia and has nearly a decade of experience in various technology positions in the governmental, construction, logistics and engineering arenas. Most recently, he served as a global support specialist designing and installing new server installation and configuration, managing cyber security systems, implementing new applications, and providing technical support for Shaw Group’s MOX project at Savannah River Site in Aiken, SC. 

Mr. Herring holds an associate degree in Computer Science from Aiken Technical College.  He will serve EDTS clients across the Carolinas and Georgia from the EDTS Augusta network operations center and headquarters.
